Shelley Jarrett is the Founder and Producer of Milton Fashion Week. An award-winning Entrepreneur, Community Leader, Documentary Filmmaker and Women's Advocate. Shelley is the founder and publisher of SMJ Magazine. An Image, Lifestyle and Business Publication with over 45 issues since its inception 12 years ago.
Being named 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women - 2022, Shelley is highly respected in the arts and business community. She is a past board director of The Art Gallery of Mississauga and was part of the Public Relations Committee. Shelley is also a member of the RPA Women
Entrepreneur Award select Committee. She is also board advisory to the Canadian Centre for Women Empowerment in Ottawa. Shelley strives to be a positive force for women and encourages them to pursue entrepreneurship.
Shelley has merged her passion for community development and the creative arts by launching Milton Fashion Week. A platform to showcase fashion, art & diversity on the runway. All fashion enthusiasts are welcomed to self-express.
Shelley has been featured on several print and electronic mainstream media outlets throughout her arts and business career for the past 10 years and most recently her interview on Coffee with Clover to talk about her vision for Milton Fashion Week, launching July 11-12 2025.
